1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to seat availability. Payment must be completed within the specified time limit. Failure to complete payment will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A processing fee may be added at checkout.
2. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, travel permits) required for their journey. Auralis8 shall not be liable for any denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid documents.
3. Check-in & Boarding
Passengers must check in at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late passengers may be denied boarding without refund.
Valid identification matching the booking details must be presented during check-in and boarding.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Refund requests must be submitted at least 6 days (H-6) before departure. Approved refunds will be processed at 25% of the total booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for:
- No-show or late check-in
- Booking cancelled within H-6 period
- Denied boarding due to incomplete documents
5. Schedule Changes
Auralis8 reserves the right to change or cancel schedules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Affected passengers will be notified and offered an alternative schedule or full refund.
6. Baggage
Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage (max 7kg) and one checked bag (max 20kg). Excess baggage will be charged at prevailing rates. Auralis8 is not responsible for loss or damage to unchecked baggage.
7. Liability
Auralis8 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or regulatory actions.
8. Privacy
Passenger personal data is collected and processed for booking, travel, and legal compliance purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
